Welcome to the Hadley Farms Community Association website.  The Board of Directors hopes you will enjoy this avenue of communicating with the Board and getting information about your community and its Directors.
 

Items of Interest

The information on this site is in the process of being moved to a new web server.   As a result, it's currently a bit out of date.  Please be patient during this transition.  In the meantime, the pool applications for 2012 have been uploaded for your convenience.

The Boards Agenda and Minutes will be posted for every board meeting after their approval at the following meeting. The Newsletter will be published on our site as well as special notices regarding unscheduled meetings. Other items of interest to homeowners will be added periodically by the association. Again, we hope you will continue to visit our site for updates and information regarding your community.  Also, please note the association's new email address below.

  • The HFCA Annual Meeting will be held, Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at 7:00 pm.  All residents and home owners are welcome at these meeting.   Please send in your proxy to CAS if you are not able to attend so the community will maintain a quorum.
  • Bring a snack to share with your fellow Hadley Farms neighbors at the monthly Meet and Greet to be held at the club house between 7:30 and 8:30 pm. on the second Tuesday of every month.  This event is hosted by the Hadley Farms Club House Committee.
  • Fall bulk trash pick-up is scheduled for Nov. 5, 2011.
  • Owners wishing to submit automatic payments will need to submit a new auto debit authorization form to Community Association Services (CAS). 
  • The Fall 2011 newsletter is now available online.
  • Please be careful in driving around the neighborhood.  Police are enforcing traffic rules and your neighbors will thank you.
  • The Hadley Farms HOA 2011 budget is now available.  HFCA dues payments are now due monthly to ease budgeting for home owners. 

E-mail the Community Association at HadleyFarms@comcast.net with questions, concerns or events that may be of interest to your neighbors (emails are reviewed by the board).  Community members may also request being added to the HFCA announcements mailing list.
